Founder / CEO
Susan Goldblatt is an Information Management professional with over 30 years of global experience (Europe, Asia and Latin America); across many industries. She holds a Ph.D. in Business Management, MBA in Finance and a BS in Computer Science.
Throughout her career as a mentor, educator and coach, Susan has always advocated for Public school children within her Latinx communities. Her vision and drive for MPowerMe2-NEXT is to create programs and events that will enable the journey to all who join to explore their utmost potential and bring opportunities to make it their success!

Juan Santana is an Information Technology professional with 20+ years of global experience (Europe and Asia); in international banking with emphasis on Custody, Private and Investment banking back office systems. He holds an MBA in Management and a BBA in Computer Information Systems.

Vice President / Marketing
Leticia Negron is a Division Leader in the area of Minority and Women Business Development. With 10+ years of experience in Government compliance and Outreach and Marketing development.
She holds a BA in Political Science and Policy Studies and an MS in Urban Affairs, with a specialization in Policy Studies.
Dillon Asencio
Vice President / Event Management
Dillon Asencio is a seasoned professional in Event Planning and Coordination. With 5+ years of experience in Event Management for the start-up Media and Entertainment business. He holds a BS in Criminal Justice and an MS degree in Digital Marketing.
